Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)

Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) is an on-demand model of application service.  It licenses an application (iTrend® or iPredict®) to customers by providing both the software and the computing infrastructure over the world wide web, hence it is also called a cloud computing.   SaaS relieves the customers of the burden of IT infrastructure, software installation, upgrade, and maintenance.
